I saw your G at Gilmore on Sunday - looked very nice - arrived late morning with fellow Club member Mark Obermann, and parked at the end of your group with my 300F. I noticed that yours had a 300G grille  that looked to be unpainted metal [silver] . T he F, G, H  grilles I've seen have typically been finished  black anodized . 



Did you take a close look at Jim Maiani's red H coupe parked next to you? Jim's car still carries its original factory paint, including the grille, that would provide you an example  the original factory finish.

   I just took my 1961 300-G to a concourse here in Michigan. there were 2 other restored 300-Gs there and both their grills were painted black. My grill is silver. would someone please tell me which color is correct for the 1961 Chrysler 300-G. Thanks.
