Right as rain.  And the driver's side lug bolts are Left Hand threads.  As with many generations of MoPars before it.  There is one pin on each brake drum to hang the wheel on to support and align the wheel and facilitate installation of the lug bolts.  The LH bolts are stamped with "L" but it is best to advise the tire monkey before he starts in with his air wrench.  You are driving an icon that carries good Chrysler DNA.  BTW, Chrysler switched to Lug Nuts in 1956.
