[Chrysler300] Disc brake conversation

Hi Group,
this is Niels from Germany.
After new lining of my front drum brakes I have a lot of problems with blocking 
wheels.
They block just with a little, little minimal pedal pressure. Terrible and not 
possible to drive.

I would like to change my front brakes into disc brakes for  saver driving in 
traffic,
wet weather condition and driving through the mountains.

Has somebody make this work during the last months ore years?
Which company delivers the best conversion kit and which one is
the best for an easy assembling?

I would be happy to get some answers and / or advise from you .
