[Chrysler300] '60 & '63 Chrysler small parts needed

1) Does anyone have either a set of s/hand or new auto trans buttons that mount in the dash of a '63 Imperial - they are in a chrome vertical mounting/arrangement - the 300s may be the same, only really need the N , or Neutral one,  it missing. Paypal is easiest way for me to pay for them/it plus USPS shipping to Australia. Any help greatly appreciated, it for a friend's real nice original Black Convert, and I would love to see what it drives like versus my 300Cs, plus so might he?!
2) Is it possible to slip a new front coupling tailshaft rubber over the driveshaft of '60 NYorker - again 300s may be the same so if 300 owners know, any help appreciated. The workshop manual says you can push/poke it up the inside of the outer piece if you remnove the trunion balls, but is that practical>  Plus who sells just the new rubber boot/part?
 
Sorry if not exact 300ly questions, but 300 owners likely best first helpers?
