Rich, and others:

I'm not sure if you had any better luck making contact with the Polish 300 Club people, I have not.  Yesterday, Mariola and I continued to look through the site for some type of contact info, club membership, etc.  There didn't appear to be anything like that.  There was the place to join the "forum", but we held off since it was mentioned that you tried that.

I'm guessing it's more of a "forum" for discussing the 300M's, and there are some info pages and other links connected.  Rich, your joining the forum may yield some return contact once the right admin person can translate your letter.  Let me know if there is anything more that my colleague can help with.

  By punching buttons on the referenced webpage, I was able to get to their forum, registered and posted the letter there (I think).  I'll see if I get any responses.  Some of the pages can be set to auto-translate into near-perfect English.  Others might give it a try.

  I agree.  But the challenge to me is the first contact.  I'm assuming one of the links at their website says "contact us" or somesuch.  If I was back in Omaha, I'm sure I could find old friends that could read Polish or had friends that did.  I'm hoping an Omaha, Chicago or Michigan member will have access to Polish speaking/reading friends that could help.
