I've used Eastwoods coating on multiple cars and it has lasted quite well 
for me. The preparation is very important. You need to sandblast the 
manifolds and clean them with laquer thinner or equivalent before applying 
the Eastwood. You can also use a stiff wire wheel on a hand grinder if 
sandblasting isn't available to you. With that method, I would also use some 
"Metal-Prep" (or equivalent) to get the rust in the pores.  I use the 
"brush-on" coating - never tried the spray!
