Bit of a late reply here re; camshaft for 60-61ram cars, took me a while to gather my info. 
But here it goes.
I have an F engine at the engine shop right now.
I think the correct replacement cam is # CS 327 from Seal Power. I thought they were out of stock but my engine rebuilder ordered one and he got it! 
Specs. he gave me: Lift: .434 intake and .431 exhaust
                              Duration at .050: 206* intake and 209* exhaust
                              Centerline:    110* intake and 106* exhaust
                              Lobe separation angle:   113*
I'm not a cam expert so don't ask me to explain all this technical stuff... just forwarding the info I got on that cam.

    With the club currently being out of camshafts, does anyone else have a
  source for the correct camshaft for our 413's? Comp cams does carry a
  268-0.454-110 (Duration-Lift-Centerline), but I have been told that that
  extra lift (our stack cams are 268-0.430-110) would result in a higher
  idle speed.
