Rock auto should have the gasket. You can find them online.I just did
the same with my D. The shipping cost more than the gasket, but overall
it was not too expensive.

Subject: [Chrysler300] Torqueflite oil change
I'm going to change the transmission and coverter oil in my F provided I
can locate a pan gasket.
I have an unopened case of type A that has been sitting around for
maybe10 years or so.
Question....should I use the type A or regular ATF that is now
available??
