RE: [Chrysler300] Need ball and trunion housing

It would be helpful to have some interchange information to assist in
shopping for the equivalent part.  Which year and model Chrysler products
have the same parts?  Can just the housing go bad and not have to replace
the balls, bearings and boot?  

I have a spare driveshaft from a '55 Windsor but have no idea if the parts
are interchangeable with later models.

Might be time for a conversion to an open front U-joint.

Hey gang,
The driveshaft shop tells me the housing on my ball and trunion is no good,
and they can't find anything for it. Just got off the phone with Bernbaum's,
he doesn't have them. Anybody have any leads? Have to get the G back
together so I can bring it to... where was that again?!
