Thanks, guys, for the responses. It looks like everyone agrees the torque is 450. I found the 495 spec on the Chrysler 300 Country website and that's what spawned the question.

Jim, Mark, and All:
All my sources agree on this one.  The standard engine 300H developed  450 
ft-lbs of torque @ 3600rpm.
On the optional 413, my only source, the AMA (Automobile Manufacturers  
Association) questionnaire  lists the Torque as 473 ft-lbs @ 3600rpm.   To my 
knowledge, this one was never advertised.
