Jim, Mark, and All:
All my sources agree on this one.  The standard engine 300H developed  450 
ft-lbs of torque @ 3600rpm.
On the optional 413, my only source, the AMA (Automobile Manufacturers  
Association) questionnaire  lists the Torque as 473 ft-lbs @ 3600rpm.   To my 
knowledge, this one was never advertised.

Are the quoted specs based upon the published  factory figures?
AND how does that compare with any results gained from  independent 
testing???   HuMMM??

Would the general public  only have numbers from a private dyno session 
that they then shared with  others, or are figures gained from a 
calculation mainly??
