Just Dashes has the dash pad you're looking for. www.justdashes.com for contact information.
near the bottom of the page click on "dash pad and door panel applications" then you'll see a list. At the top of the list click on "Reproductions" There's your list and a picture of it. The pic at the bottom is the dash pad they made for my H.
The best way to get what you need is to call them on the phone. They will probably ask you to send them a color sample. The pad they made for my H is beautiful and fit perfectly.

is the glue used to install the headliner different than the glue for the  
dash pad? i have a c if that makes a difference. also was wondering the best  
material to use for the dash pad and what to use for the cushion material under  

it. does anyone manufacture a dash pad?
