Here's what I found:

America on the Move: Tail Fins and Chrome. A booklet picturing classic 1957 autos. Confirmed so far are the Studebaker Golden Hawk, the Lincoln Premiere, and the Chrysler 300C. "Rights issues" have delayed the announcement of the other two designs.

BTW, they will be 42 cent stamps. Yup, postage goes up another penny in May.
