[Chrysler300] dust

Hi Group,   the new $1  coin made it's debut in Virginia today.   President James Monroe on front, and Statue of Liberty on the back.  
   
  My 300 question is this: after working in the garage, dust found it's way into the exposed engine comp'tment  and grille area.   I really am not comfortable washing either area.
   
  Is there an advanced cloth available, like a Swifter mop?   The ball joint boots from www.suspension.com  from Ca. fit tight and are $8.00 a set.
  Still waiting on my 64 Chry. parts book and other small e-bay items.  thanks    Dave
