  I have an NOS dip stick #1671898 with the part number tag attached.

  The dims are as follows: Top of pull circle to top of cap that fits over 
  tube 3 1/4"
  Top of cap to full line 
  22"
  Full line to add oil line 
  5/8"
  Add oil line to bottom end 
  3/4"
