[Chrysler300] Rust stains

Try very fine aluminum powder with camel hair brush. Then the tooth 
paste lighty to clean out the aluminum.  The aluminum reduces the rust 
to iron and forms aluminum oxide, which is highly abrasive, so don't 
apply with any great pressure. The resulting iron will wash with the 
toothpaste, as will aluminum powder. It might help to pass a propane 
torch flame over an ornery stain with the powder, but would try on a 
sacrificial sample first. Don't HEAT it, waft flame over a very thin 
layer of the aluminum powder. Hopefully the heat generated won't haze 
the surface.  This is the thermite reaction used to weld railroad rail, 
but I trust you  are not doing a large amount!
