Paint sticks work well. I have successfully removed
this type of trim from other cars by tapping the trim
from the inside out with a paint stick and a small
mallett. The paint stick is soft and will actually
bite into the edge ofthe trim to prevent it from
slipping. tap along 2 inch increments and use several
sticks for each side.An inexpensive bottle opener
works well but is more prone to leaving marks. If you
do use a bottle opener pry it against a popsicle stick
laid over the trim piece.
