It is my  view that club officers should verify Tony's allegations, and if 
found to be  true and accurate (of which I am all but certain they are), then

This should not be tolerated  under any circumstances. This appears to go way 
past misunderstanding. I view  this as a very serious matter, and believe it 
should be dealt with by the club  as soon as possible!




I would agree that some action could be taken, considering the evidence in  
this one instance but we cannot have the club involved in every dispute that  
might arise among our members.  When people do business with each other, a  
certain number of disputes are going to arise, and we cannot have the club  
become involved as arbiter in every such dispute.  It simply is not the  purpose of 
the club, in my humble opinion.
