This was on the list very recently.  I wrote it down for myself and deleted
the post.  It said: 
Loosen the 2 bolts (2 per side) working one side at a time, and insert a
washer (or two, whatever works) between the hinge (front bolt only) and the
hood, then tighten everything back down.

Its been a long time since I messed with hood adjustment, but I seem 
to recall that lowering the front adjustment of the hood hinges will 
lower the back corners.  Other than that the hinges might have slack 
in the rivets.
