I was able to e-mail e-bay regarding the suspicious listing and got the
response shown below.

Another member responded to me thusly and I clicked on that live help
button, only to find they were in overload, but was able to work down
through several menus to send an e-mail.  We shall see.  And that was PDT,
not PST.  Still there at 6:11 PDT.

Rich,  there is a 'live help'  button/link near the top of the listing, I
have used that in the past, those folks have a channel available to them
that we have a harder time of  locating for reporting possible frauds.
