I assume you mean a '64 300K, not a 330K right?  Have you checked the easier
sources first like your local Napa parts store?  Andy Bernbaum
http://oldmoparts.com  or Jeff Carter http://www.jcauto.com/ might have one.
A good speedo repair shop can rebuild yours if there is one in your area.
