I used Inline Tube about six years ago for my 58 Ply. What worked for me was
to send them the original lines and they will make copies of them. They will
also keep the patterns for future use. For the front-to-back line, slice
into thirds with a die grinder and label what fits where, so they can
reassemble. Talk to them first, though. I was satisfied back then, but have
been hearing mixed things about them lately.
