[Chrysler300] 61 part needed AND trans question

Hi everyone, and Happy Mopar New Year to y'all . 

 

I am looking for the upper rear piece of stainless trim that fits between
taillights on a 300G . I know it's a relatively tough item to find .  but I
do need one. Dented / repairable OK .  Will pay fair price or trade for
something you may need ?   please reply to me privately at :

Also - could anyone advise me on what would be involved in changing over
from a 3 speed manual transmission (on a 1961 ) to a more modern Mopar 4
speed unit ?  is such a swap do-able without major fuss ?   I have not a
clue but I am sure someone out there should have some feedback.  thanks in
advance,
