[Chrysler300] Brake Drum Question

I am looking for a set of drums for my K, and I found a set on e-bay, but  
the guy swears they are 11 X  4"  The K brakes are 11 X 3".  Have  any of you 
heard of 4" drums?  Ther guy says they were taken off a J.   Do J's have 11 X 4" 
brakes?  If so, any reason I can't use these on my  K???  I'm kind of pushed 
for time here, so rapid responses would be  appreciated.
