Sauterne Mist poly IS the right color. The Hursts original color was more "champagne tan" than gold really. I've painted Hursts in the past and the sauterne poly required a clear coat to really bring out the correct color AND to prevent fading which was a problem with the Hursts. I'm not familiar with the new paints so you'll have to rely on your dealer to steer you.
