[Chrysler300] Where ?!@#$%

Could someone please tell me precisely where the transformer for the 
instrument lighting on my "F" is located? The Service Manual 
states "on the cowl side panel underneath the instrument panel," but I 
don't find it where that seems to be pointing (poor terminology, in my 
mind). Unless.... it is completely missing....
