Hi Everyone,

We really need to know if you are coming to the meet.  We must order all
sorts of items for the meet now.  You may not get our meet packet and worse
yet - not be able to dine with us at our banquet.  So those of you who have
already reserved your room, need to "reserve" your place with the club.

Just a small correction and addition.  Our esteemed meet host needs to know
whether you will be dining on the chicken or salmon dinner at the banquet.

And children's banquet is $20.
