Just drove my 300C to Carlisle and back. 1,100 miles. Ten years of similar trips. Nothing but regular unleaded. 14-16 MPG. Zero problems. 

It's even had several tankfuls of Sunoco's old "less than regular" 86 octane and ran fine. 

Unless something is done to modify the factory compression ratio this hemi isn't fussy about diet.
