Mike,
My H has a build date of Dec. 17, 61. Originally my wire was separate from the main harness. It is light blue in color, and runs from the resistor, across fire wall under the AC box, and up along the right valve cover. It goes under the coil bracket and distributor, then to the terminal on the AC clutch.

Happy 4th to you all!
I have a wiring harness question for those of you with an H with A/C. Is the
wire for the compressor integrated into the main wiring harness or is there a
separate harness? On mine it is integrated into the main harness and I have
seen one other that also is integrated. Both of these cars have a build date
in Feb of 62. I have also seen an A/C car that has a separate harness for the
compressor wire and that one has a build date of Aug 61. I don't know if the
build date has anything to do with a possible change in manufacture but I'd
like to know what the rest of you guys have for wiring to the compressor.
300ly,
Mike Meyer
