I probably have been lucky but of the several PW motors that I have
worked on, all of them were still good.  The problem has been that the
lubricant has migrated into the motor and has garped up the armature and
the commutator.  Diassemble the motor and clean out the lubricant,
burnish the commutator and clean the grooves between the segments,
lubricate only where it is supposed to be, reassemble motor, motor to
transmission and test before installing in car.
One of my G's windows stopped working and others were sluggish. 
Performed this procedure on all and now all open and close VERY fast.
