[Chrysler300] Five blaed viscous fan on a 1963 300J

I have a restored 300J that has a four blade regular fan and no shroud. I  
was told by others that the dealers would pull bad seven blade viscous clutch  
"Silent Flite" fans and convince J owners to use a regular four blade.????
 
Another J that I am restoring had a five bladed viscous clutch Chrysler  
(CDDP) fan. Was this an over-the-counter parts department fan,  or.....? It is a 
Chrysler part. I would like to use on my J. 
 
Any comments?
