[Chrysler300] 300g power steering fluid leak

Club members,
After two years of no leaks at all, power
steering fluid is now dripping from the bottom of the
steering gear cross shaft.
Question: is it just the oil seal, and is it
possible to replace the seal without removing the
power steering unit from the car.?
Also: Where would I get adapter SP-3056 and tool
C-3350 that are recommended in the shop manual.? Local
mopar mechanics maybe.

                     Pre-thanks for your help

                             Barrie Oblinger
