Henry and all,

I called om the car this AM.  The person advetising it does not own the car,
nor does he control it. He came across it by accident in the area he grew up
in.  He is trying to get the owner to part with it, it needs a complete
restoration.  Needless to say, he won't give the location and has no
pictures, he is trying to make a fast buck by having it presold if the owner
decides to sell it to him.  I am interested in the car, but am not holding
my breath.

A few postings ago there was an item stating there was a C cvt for sale in
the 510 phone area code.  We live in the 510 area code.  I deleted the msg.
as we are not interested in the car, but it occurred to me that if anyone on
the 300 mailing was  interested in a possible purchase, we could go and have
a look at it for you.
