Hi Joe and All:
Well, I for one appreciate your "eye witness" accounts of the 300 years. My
stint at Chrysler started a little later (July, 1963 at the Proving Grounds)
so I missed out on a lot of major 300 stuff. I am able, however, to
occasionally provide the truck and B-body guys with some pretty good first hand stuff
from the Truck assy and Lynch Road days. The only thing related to the 300 I
ever did was call Bob Rodger to complain after seeing a performance indicator,
of all things, in one of the first production 300Ks at the PG. To this day, I
am not sure why he even took my call! (Wet behind the ears 21 year old
engineer) Anyway, Joe, keep those first hand accounts coming, and thanks.
300ly, Gil Cunningham
