The sinner would not have been the Canadian (federal) governemnt, caus
that sort of stuff is covered by the provincial government gang. We
have some wacky provincial governments here, just like our US friends
have some strange state governments.
When it comes to governments generally, I support the views of
Thomas Jefferson.
