Swivel seats were available for all models, including station wagons. The
only difference was the retainer that kept the seat backs from rocking
forward in the 4dr models, as opposed to a springy thing that was used in
the 2dr models.

I think you're taking a risk trying to fit 59 swivels into a 60, since
everything changed between the two years.
