Swivel seats

A friend of mine was cited by the city he lives in for having too many cars in his yard. The inspector he had to deal with, however, turns out to be a car collector himself and showed my friend some mercy relative to having them towed away (maybe this job is how he adds to his collection??). In any case, the inspector asked my friend that since he is a Chrysler enthusiast whether he had any leads for acquiring a set of swivel seats that he could put in one of his cars. Anyone have something they want to sell? It could help my friend in terms of how he is dealt with in the future. 
I still think cities have too much control of people's private property!
