Re: [Chrysler300] Tire size for 64 300K

Warren,

I agree. I have had such good luck with Michelin that I always look at Michelin first, and if they don't build it, I go looking.

I went shopping for 225 radials a number of years ago and ended up with
215's. The 225 size was no longer in the Michelin catalog. The 14" wheel
size is the problem as the 225-15R was and is a popular size (Buick
Roadmaster, RWD Cadillacs and Chevy Caprice until they went out of
production). I do not know if the availability situation is the same if a
search is made for any other brand but it would make sense if the size did
not show up anywhere else. BTW, the 215's have been just fine on the New
Yorker although the 225 size would definately look better. Having been down
the problem tire route so many times, I prefer to stay with what works every
time for me and use Michelins whenever possible.
