'57 (58) Imp speedo removal

Hi,
I must now remove my non-working speedo (since 2 years) and install another tested. Does someone have remove a 57/58 Imperial speedo WITHOUT removing the dash ? I know how remove the speedo itself (i've two spare clusters), i know it's a pain to access to the upper nuts (and i can't imagine how to re-install them...) but if someone has already removed one let me know what parts i must remove before. Seems that removing the parking brake assy. is mandatory but nothing else ?
Ther's some infos about "57 speedo removal" on Chrysler bulletin 1000-CH but i don't know if ther's something about Imperial.
The labor time schedule says 1.6 h for Imperial (0.5 for Chrysler..)
