Linkage part

Hello I wanted to know if anyone knows about the linkage set-up from
a 1964 300K. Along the firewall there is a ten inch rod that goes on the

top of the linkage holding it together, anyways I am in need of this.
Can I
just get a ten inch price of rod from Home Depot? Also the rod going to
the carb is supposed to have a lil nipple on it to fit into the linkage
on the
carb the rod I have does not have this. What can I do to fit it onto the

carb?
