FW: 1974 JH - hesitation when turning left...

Thought I would share this with the list, given what John Hertog is going through. It seems only NASCAR vehicles are made to go left.

Subject: 1974 JH - hesitation when turning left...

Any advice on possible source of this problem or solutions?

My '75 JH runs great. 82K original miles, twin Strom's, Pertonix
ignitor & coil, Magnecore wires, but otherwise original.

The only exception is when making a left turn (or sharp curve) and
accelerating the car hesitates as if it has run out of gas. This is
true whether starting from a stoplight or driving under any speed. The
caveat is mostly around how much I'm accelerating- if I'm not pushing
it, there's little to no hesitation. The issue does not arise when
turning right or at any other time.

Ideas?

Thanks.
