main bearing cap 392 hemi

Hopefully, this is the last time you will need to hear about this end of my engine. 

there are two sets parallel groves in the main bearing cap One set at each end of the seal housing and one set at each end of the slinger and drain cavity. Do either of these need to be sealed? if so, with what?
