Obviously, this virus used your notebook to distribute copies of whatever it 
was that was sent. Some time ago, someone put out a method of preventing 
one's address book from being used that way. It had to do with entering an 
invalid address as the first one one the book, which would prevcent the use 
of subsequent addresses. Does anyone know what that method is? I realize 
this is "off topic" but it would benefit everyone on the server if someone 
does know to what it is that I am referring.
