I know nothing about the sleeves, but I would call Quality Engineered 
Components in West Linn, Oregon for pistons. His number for orders is 
888-HEMI-PARTS and his tech line/ fax line is 503-656-4545. My 
information is a couple of years old. I have ordered from him a couple 
of times before and he was nice, helpful and did what he said. It 
appears to be a one man show so a few calls may be necessary. Faxing 
your request may be a good idea.
He carries everything from harmonic balancers to stroker cranks for 
early hemis.
Also try HOT HEADS (602)671-1222 or hothemiheads.com. They carry about 
everything also.
Chris Nielson cams in Farmingon, Utah (801)451-7745 for pistons and a 
new (not reground) cam.
