[Chrysler300] "E" convertible update

I just looked the "E" convertible over again and talked to the owner. He doesn't want to mislead anyone on the condition of the car so I am going to give my best discription-----both outer quarters are pretty solid but inner panels are very bad----fender lips are also pretty solid---rockers-outer rockers are thin in spots and probably have some pinholes----inner rockers have pretty much rusted away----lower fenders at door bottoms are badly rusted----underneath headlights very rusty ----front grille panel is also rusty---hood edges and front lip is rusty---floor pan front and rear very bad---trunk pan is rusty in spots----body mounts are very rusty-panel under trunk is fairly solid with some rust--missing rocker mouldings but I believe everything else is there--doors are pretty solid and fit pretty good---steering wheel is pretty good as is dash---seats need recovered but appear to be in good shape----all convertible parts look ok.A restorable car that would take a lot of work but I believe there's no part of the car that can't be fixed-----frame appears to be good .
