Looks like a fun car to bring back.
Being one of those "Hot Rodders" mentioned, I've used several of those 
Cad-LaSalle trannys, (one behind a Hemi) and they were all 3 speed. To 
some, a shifter sticking up from the floor means it's a 4 speed, I 
guess.
