Thanks to Larry for the work on the meet and for the heads up on the 
room reservation rush.  I called our reservation into the 800 number 
this AM and was handled courteously by Lisa.  She also advised it is 
snowing there today.  The Sierras and Lake Tahoe need the moisture as 
the lake water level is down, perhaps five feet.

As shown at their website :  http://www.tahoeviking.com/  they do have 
rooms with kitchenettes.  Apparently, the town's rooms fill up quickly 
in August , so making your reservations now makes sense.  They ask for a 
credit card number but will not punch it through until you check out.  
Their e-mail address is vikingslt@xxxxxxx according to their website.  
It might be a good idea to have a designated overflow facility.

Will we be able to submit our show registrations on line?
