[Chrysler300] 300H Dye & Door Panel Aluminun Strips

A general "Thank You" to everyone that responded to my 300H seat dyeing questions!
Now...
I have the aluminum decor strips off my 300H door panels. Don't have a buffing wheel of any kind. Anyone have any tips on how I can polish these up a little while I'm watching TV?... or do I need to get a wheel polishing pad and if so any tips?
