[Chrysler300] Can you say Hemi?

I note that Daimler Chrysler has copyrighted the word "Hemi", so other 
manufacturers and vendors (and we-uns) may have to refer to the new and 
old engines as "that engine whose combustion chambers are hemispherical 
in shape".   Can you say Hemi?  Only with written permission, Daddy!  
Apparently it isn't a Hemi unless Daimler-Chrysler says it's a Hemi!  I 
think the word ought to remain in the public domain.

Actually, the engines, branding and marketing are excellent and the ads 
are fun, also.  I had kids looking at my C-300 last weekend at a show 
and they all wanted to respond to my question of  "Can you say Hemi?"  
They knew how to say it and they had a sense that it was something 
powerful.  This could and should go on for generations and is certainly 
of value to our Club(s) and members with hemi's in their 300's.
