[Chrysler300] paypal advice sent means what?

Any of you use Paypal to buy 300/other parts?
If so, have any of you received anything from Paypal re offering settlement 
as part of a Class Action that was brought against them - basically they ask 
do you want to opt in or out of whatever they are offering care of Court 
Order?

Are any of you competent lawyers that can be trusted  (I know that too often 
goes against most basic laws governing the universe ?!), can explain what it 
means?
According to what Paypal just sent me, it seems if you do nothing you are 
one way, however if you advise them something, then you are also doing/are 
something else ??!!

who years ago resolved if it requires more than 10 seconds thought, and it 
is not important, do not even bother thinking about it, or let the matter
